- Any extensionist who has not had a full theory training in their extensions would have come across this on their clients and it was possibly detrimental to both client and the business.
- If they didn't know it was bad practice then these issues will almost definitely
present themselves to the stylist.
WHAT IS TRACTION ALOPECIA?
- It is damage to the hair follicle and scalp from tension most probably caused by an incorrect fitting.

The Hair Extension Science & Theory course can be studied:
- Live Interaction via Zoom Call
- In Salon Training
- With a Group - up to 6 people
What's the duration & cost?
The course can be completed in a day and will be 6-8 hours long.
- Via Zoom - cost is £195 per stylist
- In Salon Training - £350 per stylist
- With a Group - price can be negotiated.
Will I be certified?
After completing the course and successful examination, you will be awarded with a Hair Integrity Academy Certification.
